This course will give you the skills required to cope with a range of canine medical emergencies. Would you know what to do if your dog was choking? If they showed signs of gastric torsion? Or if they fell unconscious? Do you know how to safely dress and bandage a wound? We have got you covered.      

Dog First Aid provides unique canine first aid training workshops, designed with working vets and vet nurses, and targeted at those owning or working with dogs. They aim not only to teach life-saving dog first aid skills, but also to instil in you the confidence to use these skills in real life everyday scenarios and take control in an emergency. You will finish the course fully certified and knowing you are equipped to deal with an emergency.

All trainers with Dog First Aid are veterinary professionals who undergo extensive training in canine first aid with registered members of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Their knowledge and training are   reviewed and updated regularly. The organisation complies fully with The   Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 and The Animal Welfare Act 2006.
